When I first read about it, there was little information available outside the homepage, and I would have killed for a genuine review of the Diet Solution Program. I would have tried anything in order to lose the excess weight. I also knew that quite a few marketers out there would take advantage of my desperation to try and sell me poor quality materials.

I wanted information before I could decide whether the program was worth spending money on, not so much for the sake of the investment, as to avoid unwanted side effects. If you have tried weight loss programs and you failed, you know how much gaining a couple of pounds hurts.

I did find some messages from users, but they were all confusing and mixed up: some said they had paid and never received their program (I later realized they had missed the download link), others said they really lost weight following it.

I couldn’t make a decision, and the more I read, the more confused I got. Luckily for me, I shared everything with my best friend. It includes 25 questions with two answers, noted A and B, for you to choose from. The score is established by counting the A and B answers. If the number of A and B answers does not differ by more than 3 (for example A=12 and B=13), you are a mixed type. If the A score exceeds the B score with 5 points or more, you are a protein type. If the B score exceeds the A score with 5 points or more, you are a carb type.

The greatest challenge was to answer the questions honestly, and my husband was of a great help.
