After reading about it for the first time, I could not stop wondering: “Does the Diet Solution Program Really Work? Could it possibly help me lose weight and regain the toned and beautiful body I used to have?”

I had tried tens of diets promising to help me lose weight fast, some more restrictive than others, but in the end, they were all just a temporary solution. They were starving me to such an extent that I could not stop thinking about food, I could not focus on my work assignments, and I felt too weak to exercise. I thought I should answer this question as well, because I know that most diets impose a draconic workout schedule. I was used to working out. I used to play basketball back in high school, and the experience taught me that physical exercises are a must for a healthy body.

Of course, working 10 hours a day in a small town, where the gym opened after I started work and closed before I finished, didn’t leave me other choices but home exercising and jogging a couple of times a week.

I don’t want to imagine what would have happened with my body if I didn’t exercise, considering that I gained weight doing it. Anyway, the resistance and cardio training recommended by Isabel didn’t feel like much.

In the beginning, wanting to make sure I see the results, I exercised one hour instead of the 30 minutes a day recommended to be repeated three times a week. After a while, due to the busy work schedule and my household activities, I reduced the time to half an hour, but there were no notable side effects.

How Does the Diet Solution Program Really Work?

In my opinion, the main problems with diets are the food restrictions they impose. I guess it is in our nature to crave for the exact things we are not allowed to enjoy. And let’s not forget about counting calories either. Knowing you are only allowed to eat one fruit or yoghurt usually makes you crave for two.

What I love about the Diet Solution is that it involves nothing like that. I can choose from a variety of foods, I can eat all I need, and I don’t have to worry about stupid numbers. My body got used to the diet quite fast, to such an extent that although I have lost the excess weight I was so disgusted with, I have no intention of changing my eating habits. My husband has gotten used to our new lifestyle too, so everything worked out better than I could have hoped for.

Of course, it wasn’t always milk and honey. I had my bad moments too. There were times when I felt as the weight loss process had stopped, when the scale showed more than I had hoped for, and when I would have killed for a regular pizza. But I ate my vegetarian pizza, I replaced the hamburgers with chicken barbeque and the sauces with fresh tomatoes, and everything worked out in the end.
